Garri Ijebu is our signature fine-grained cassava garri, sun-dried and lightly fermented the traditional way for a clean, tangy flavour. It swells beautifully for eba and works just as well soaked with cold water, sugar, and groundnuts for a quick snack. Milled fresh in Owo, Ondo State, and packed the same week it is produced.
